VisitorCompanyFinder shows you which companies visit your website and how ready they are to buy. It works at the company level only and never identifies individual people. You can start for free for three months.

Steps

Create account. Sign up with your work email. No credit card is needed to start.
Add website. Enter your domain and choose strict mode if you have EU or Indian visitors.
Install pixel. Paste the script tag before the closing head tag on your pages.
Set ICP. Define your ideal customer profile and mark hot pages like pricing.
Connect alerts. Link Slack or email to get notified when hot accounts visit.

Know who is looking

You can see which companies visit your site. The tool uses IP data to name the organization. Note that company names currently come from demo IP data. A licensed dataset is coming soon. This helps you know if a target account is interested in your product.

Score buying intent

Each company gets a score from 0 to 100. The score goes up when they view hot pages or return. It drops if they stop visiting. This tells you which accounts are ready to talk to you now. You do not need to guess who to call.

Get ready to talk

When a hot account visits, you get an alert. The alert includes a short summary and a suggested first line. This helps you start the conversation naturally. You can also send the data to your CRM. This saves time and keeps your pipeline organized.

Respect privacy

We do not identify individual people. We only track company-level data. This keeps you compliant with GDPR and India's DPDP Act. You can use strict mode to store nothing on the device before consent. This is important for selling to Europe or India.

When VisitorCompanyFinder is not the right tool

If you need to identify specific individuals by name, this tool is not for you. We do not offer person-level identification. Is it really free?

Yes, it is free for your first three months. After that, you pay only for what you use at our cost. There is no markup.

Does it work in India?

Yes, it supports India's DPDP Act. However, Indian company data from MCA records is not available yet. You will see unattributed visits for some Indian traffic until that data is connected.

Can I see individual visitors?

No. We never identify individual people who did not opt in. We only show company-level information. This is by design to protect privacy.

How accurate is the company data?

Currently, company names come from demo IP data. A licensed IP-to-company dataset is coming soon. Until then, some visits may show as unattributed. The match-rate meter shows how much traffic we can identify.
