# Website visitor companies in Zoho CRM

VisitorCompanyFinder sends company-level visitor data to Zoho CRM. You paste your Zoho API token to connect the two tools. This works for Salesforce and Pipedrive too.

## Steps

- **Install the pixel.** Add the script tag to your website to start tracking company visits.
- **Set your ICP.** Define your ideal customer profile so the tool scores relevant companies higher.
- **Connect Zoho CRM.** Paste your Zoho API token in the CRM settings to enable data sync.
- **Review accounts.** Check the Accounts tab to see companies ranked by their intent score.
- **Send to CRM.** Click a company to send its details and AI summary to Zoho CRM.

## How the sync works

You connect Zoho CRM by pasting your API token. No OAuth flow is needed today. The tool sends company names, intent scores, and visit details to your CRM. This same process works for Salesforce and Pipedrive. You control exactly which data moves to your sales pipeline.

## India data centre

VisitorCompanyFinder works with Zoho CRM accounts on the India (.in) data centre as well as the other Zoho data centres, so Indian teams can keep their CRM in Zoho's India region. On your website, strict consent mode covers DPDP Act needs: nothing is stored on the device before consent, and raw IP addresses are never stored. Only company-level data is synced to your CRM.

## What data arrives

Each synced account carries the company name and domain, its intent score and stage, visits and engaged minutes, hot pages, AI-search sources, and the AI summary with the suggested opener. This helps your sales team prioritise. The data is company-level. Every sync attempt shows in the delivery log under Alerts & CRM.

## Setup steps

First, install the pixel on your site. Next, define your ideal customer profile. Then, paste your Zoho API token in the settings. Finally, review the Accounts tab to verify data flow. If you use Salesforce or Pipedrive, the steps are identical. Just paste the correct token for that platform.

## When VisitorCompanyFinder is not the right tool

Do not use this if you need person-level identification. VisitorCompanyFinder only identifies companies. If you need to track individual users in the US, look at RB2B. If you need a large European database, try Leadfeeder. This tool is for B2B teams who want company-level intent data without identifying anonymous individuals.

## Questions

### Do I need OAuth to connect Zoho CRM?

No. You only need to paste your Zoho API token. One-click OAuth is not available yet.

### Does this work for the Zoho India data centre?

Yes. Accounts on Zoho's India (.in) data centre work, as do the other Zoho data centres.

### Is the data company-level or person-level?

It is company-level only. We never identify individual people who did not opt in.

### Can I use this with Salesforce or Pipedrive?

Yes. The same pasted-token flow works for Salesforce and Pipedrive.
